You know that moment when someone asks how bad it is on a scale of one to ten and you freeze because words feel too small or too dramatic. Or when you cancel plans and then rehearse an excuse that sounds more acceptable than I hurt today. A guided body scan for pain gives you a different place to start, quietly noticing the jaw, neck, shoulders, back, stomach, and legs without having to perform or explain.
On your weekly 45-minute voice call, your AI coach talks you through it slowly, helping you notice tightness, heat, pulsing, heaviness, or numbness, and where your attention wants to run away. You learn to stay with one area for a few breaths, soften around it if you can, and name what shifts without judging yourself for feeling it. Many people use this before bed when pain keeps them awake, in the morning when stiffness makes the day feel heavy, or before calling the dentist when shame about explaining makes them want to avoid the appointment.
This is coaching for habits and avoidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment, and for new, worsening, or unexplained pain please see a doctor or dentist to check for medical causes. Your coach remembers what areas are hardest for you, what language feels safe, and what helps you return when you dissociate or tense up. Week by week, describing your experience gets less shameful because you have practiced it in a private space with no judgment.
